Kristy Grayson is the founder of Grayson Consulting. With over 30 years in marketing and a career that encompasses product marketing, digital strategy, eCommerce strategy, market research, and brand leadership, she has collaborated with startups, global firms, and academia to assist organizations—from scrappy nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies—in transforming good ideas into real impact.

She’s recognized for her blend of big-picture thinking and sleeves-rolled-up execution. A clear communicator and a strategic thinker, Kristy is just as comfortable in a boardroom as she is on set or diving deep into data.

Bringing a curious mind, a creative spark, and just the right amount of quirk to every project, Kristy is equal parts data nerd and storyteller. She believes that strategy should be both smart and fun, and she has never met a challenge she didn’t love.

Dr. Grayson is frequently invited to speak on marketing topics, ranging from innovation and brand strategy to digital transformation and content leadership. She has presented to organizations, industry associations and at national conferences, including Salesforce, Marketo, and a wide range of industry groups, and she is available for future speaking opportunities.

On a personal note, Kristy loves to travel (the ocean is her happy place), spend time hiking and staying active, and experiment in the kitchen. She’s a bit of a food nerd, a lifelong learner, and always chasing the next great idea.
